黃麗，多肉類植物，植株具短莖，肉質(zhì)葉，排列緊密，呈蓮座狀，葉片匙形，頂端有小尖頭，葉片松散，表面附蠟質(zhì)呈黃綠色或金黃色偏紅，長期生長于陰涼處時葉片呈綠色，光照充足情況下，葉片邊緣會泛紅，花單瓣，聚傘花序，淺黃色，較少開花。
黃麗在中國網(wǎng)站上流傳的拉丁文名稱是Sedum adolphi，但這個名稱其實是多肉植物銘月的拉丁文名稱。
國際景天資料站（International Crassulaceae Network）對黃麗的描述：“In Europe this plant has been erroneously considered to be Sedum adolphi and therefore is still to be found with this name in many collections” [1] （在歐洲，黃麗被錯誤地認(rèn)為叫做Sedum adolphi，而且現(xiàn)在還有很多人在使用這個錯誤的名稱。）
黃麗的正確拉丁文名稱應(yīng)為Sedum “Golden Glow”。[1]
